About Dr Abhishek Tamrakar
Dr Abhishek Tamrakar is a well-known Ayurvedic Physician who has been practicing classical ayurveda in Nepal. He received his education, BAMS, and is a Gold Medalist from Ayurveda Campus, Tribhuvan University. He has also been honoured with various awards for his academic excellence along with the Jivaka Award, awarded by the Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, a reputed herbal company in the year 2006. He has to his credit various articles published in various national daily and health magazines including the Gorkhapatra Daily and Sadhana Health. He has also worked as a Technical Consultant in various ayurvedic pharmaceutical companies and has formulated many herbal medicines during his tenure. He specializes in panchakarma and other ayurvedic therapies. He is also a teacher and trainer of ayurveda and lifestyle.
